What Vexio does, and what Discord allows it to do.
Sanctions & numbered cases
Warn, kick, ban, temporary ban, timeout. Every action creates a case (#1, #2…) per server, with reason, moderator and duration.
Safe by design
Role hierarchy and Discord permissions are checked before acting. Vexio never asks for Administrator and never pings anyone.
Reaction filter
Forbid an emoji, a whole category (e.g. emojis from other servers) or a sequence of emojis used to spell words, server-wide or per channel.
Message reports
Members right-click a message → Report. Moderators receive it with one-click actions: delete, timeout, dismiss.
Automatic sanctions
Automatically sanction members who keep collecting warnings: e.g. 3 active warnings → 1h timeout, 5 → kick. Optional, and warnings can expire after N days.
Lock & lockdown
Lock a channel, or every public channel at once during a raid, then restore the exact previous permissions.
Clear logs
Moderation log, general log and reports channel. Bans made outside Vexio are recorded too.
English & French
Each server chooses its language. Slash command descriptions follow each member’s Discord language.
Privacy first
No privileged intents, no message content stored. Data of a server is deleted 30 days after Vexio leaves it.
Honest limits
- Discord sends each reaction as a separate event: detection of emoji sequences is best-effort, and a reaction can only be removed after it appears.
- /purge inspects the last 100 messages and cannot bulk-delete messages older than 14 days (Discord rule).
- Kicks and timeouts made outside Vexio are not logged.
